Last night Renaissance Catering served a Civilian / Military Dinner at the Comfort Inn Suites 3901 N. Atlantic Avenue on beautiful Cocoa Beach, Fl. We featured our signature Pork Loin Carving Station. We also tried something new, Strawberry Shortcake, which got good reviews.
It felt good to serve those who sacrafice for us!

Florida Tea

The City of Cocoa hosts the Florida Tea once a month and today November 17, 2009 was the day. Renaissance Catering provided the Ladies a variety of teas and coffee along with a delicious Italian Buffet. Rosa and Chef Anthony along with Brittney from Lesiure Services 434 Delannoy Ave hosted and served guest who came from as far away as Pennslyvannia to partake of the Salads , finger sandwhiches and hot buffet entrees. Chef Anthony had Cherry Turnovers and Cake for dessert

Sunday, November 15, 2009. Front Street Civic Center was the venue which our Bride and Groom
Chose for their wedding and reception. The weather and ceremony were perfect. They exchanged their vows at 5:30 as the sun began to set a new life together was about to begin for this couple of engineers. We all enjoyed the music stylings of Sophisticated Gents DJs . Fredrick the Entertainer was on hand to liven up the party with his party skills. All I can say is WHAT A PARTY!!!!!! Everything was spectacular.

On November 14, Renaissance Catering catered a beautiful wedding at the Porcher House in Cocoa Village located at 434 Delannoy Ave. The Bride And Groom got married on the beautiful front porch with its elegant garden as a back drop. We then moved the guests to the rear patio where drinks were being served by Mike's Bartending Service. The Photography was professionally done by Sterling Photography located at 1223 N. Mills Ave in Orlano, Fla.

The Cocoa Civic Center was the Venue Renaissance Catering was working at on Friday November 6, 2009. The Civic Center is located at 436 Delannoy Avenue in Historic Cocoa Village. The Master of Ceremony was Latin LOU of Dj Shane Entertainment. Lou had the party jumping while Vivian Bonsal of Bonsal Photography recorded the event for future memories. Our staff butler passed appitizers while guests mingled. The buffet included a fantastic Prime Rib which was the talk of the party

















On Sunday November 1, 2009 Renaissance Catering Catered an event at the Cocoa Civic Center. It was named Aromas of Isreal. Chef Anthony Elias out did himself! From the traditional matzaball soup to the cremy hummus it was enjoyed by all who attended Folkloric Dancers entertained the crowd of nearly 300 guests which included the Mayor of Cocoa Mike Blake. Starbucks provided the Coffee and Renaissance Catering finished the night with baklava and rugalah.






















On Tuesday, We had our monthly Florida which is held on the third Tuesday of each month at the historic Porcher House. The house has a turn of the century charm and full of history. It is located at 434 Delannoy Ave in Cocoa Village.
