Board of Realtors
On January 15 Renaissance Catering served a wonderful buffet at the new venue on Meritt Island, Florida. This wedding venue is beautiful. It seats about 140 guests and is well decorated. The wrap around balcony is great for the cocktail hour. On the 15 of January we served the instalation dinner for the new President. Celebration DJs had all the realtors jammin on the dance floor. Before choosing a venue for next meeting or party check them out!

On December 31, 2009 Renaissance Catering had a very enjoyable time catering a beautiful New Years Party. There were gaming tables and an open bar (it doesn'tget better than that). Denny Terrio of Dance Fever Fame displayed his disco dance moves. The buffet featured Prime Rib and waldorf Salad. All guest partied until the early morning hours.

I'm back! Hey everyone I hope you missed me, On January 4 I had rotator cuff surgery and was unable to type. T am much better now thanks to Naidine my angel of pain.

Ocean Partners
We had a wonderful time catering the Ocean Partners Christmas Party at the Cocoa Beach Country Club. December 19, 2009 was a busy day for us, but all turned out well and all had a great time as our holiday season came to an end . We have one more event to go as say goodbye to 2009
Cocoa Civic Center Wedding
On December 19, 2009 we catered a beautiful wedding at the Civic Center in Historic Cocoa Village. Rverything looked beautiful in Red and White. The buffet included one of my personal favorites, Argetinian Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce. All of the guest had a great time and finihed up the night with the Godiva Chocolate Fondue
