Adam and Chritine's Rehersal Dinner

Friday February 19, 2010 Renaissance Catering of Cocoa catered a beautiful Rehersal Dinner at the Porcher House located at 434 Delannoy Ave in Historic Cocoa Village. The food was great and the gathering of friends and Family was even Better! The highlight of the evening was the Crepe Station, hats off to Chef Anthony and his Staff!!

The BCBA Meeting

All of us here at Renaissance Catering are excited about the upcoming BCBA Bridal Show that will be held Sunday February 21, 2010at the Cocoa Civic Center and the Historic Pocher House. We are also catering the food for the meeting which puts a little pressure on Chef Anthony. All the members of the Brevard County Bridal Association are Wedding Professionals who he has a great deal of respect for. The door charge for the show will be donated to The Humane Society.

Tea Time

It's that time of the month when the Porcher House comes alive with days gone bye. A return to old Florida, a time where everyone took time out of their day to sit, chat and have some tea. Renaissance Catering of Cocoa in conjunction with The City of Cocoa Leisure Services host The Florida Tea. The event takes place every third Tuesday and has evolved into more of a lunch than a Tea. BCBA Bridal Show

On February 21, The Brevard County Bridal Association will hold it's first bridal show of the year. Member vendors will be displaying their goods and services. The show will be held at the Cocoa Civic Center and the Porcher House in historic Cocoa Village.

Sophisticated Gents Bridal Show

A huge bridal showcase was held at the old Circuit City on state road 192 in the Melbourne Square Mall. What a huge show! All the primiere vendors were there , our booth was across from the Space Coast Bidal Magazine. Chef Anthony, Renaissance Catering's Executive Chef prepared his signature Chicken Cordon Blue. All 235 brides were treated to this culnary treat.

95th Birthday Party

January 23, 2010 Renaissance Catering was honored to serve a birthday party at the Cocoa Beach Country Club. This was not just any birthday it was a 95th birthday. The honored gentlemen was surronde by family and friends. Our buffet was a traditional Italian spread with item like Baked Ziti and Chicken Parmasian. On behalf of all of our staff we would just like to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"

January's Porcher House Tea

January 19, 2010 was the day that we hosted The Florida Tea at the historic Porcher House in Cocoa Village. Live Music and Raspberry Tea were on the menu that day. Perfect Wedding Guide's Show

On Sunday January 17, 2010 The Perfect Wedding Guide hosted a Bridal Show at the Space Coast Convention Center located in the Holiday Inn Express off of 520 and I-95 in Cocoa. Chef Anthony prepared a pork loin with a soy ginger glaze that drew praise from all. Well over a hundred brides attended!

Samaria's Wedding

A wonderful wedding was held at the Cocoa Civic Center on Saturday January 16, 2010. Renaissance Catering served a fabulous buffet dinner which had a Caribbean Flair. For starters Renaissance Staff served our famous Crab Cakes and Beef Empanadas. Later Black Beans and Rice with Mojo Chicken were just a few of the ethnic foods offered on the aboundant buffet. Brian from Dillon Video did another excellent job as the DJ pump multi-cultural sounds late into the afternoon.
