What A Great Christmas Party

We catered for the third consecutive year the NASA Exchange's Christmas Party. Thank you Annette for the wonderful comments about the food and service. We pride ourselves on serving the best food and offering our clients top notch service. I think we are the only true GREEN Company in Brevard no disposables only China and Glassware are used, so we don't add anything to the landfill from your party.

Holiday Parties are in full swing

'Tis the season for fun holiday parties........Renaissance Catering of Cocoa, Florida is in full holiday cheer with several holiday parties taking place last week. Special Shout out to Frederick from Sophisticated Gents Djs for a fabulous job this week at the Melbourne Board of Realtors Ballroom on Sarno. A great time was had by all guests. A magnificent Martini Mashed Potato Bar, Great Roast Beef and Pasta Station were a hit as well as the Guys from Cold Fusion Creamery did a great job!
